Adam's desire to become a DJ was sparked from a groundswell of requests. His love for music and running live sound had many friends and family members asking if he could spin tracks for their events.
In 2016, he decided to take the plunge, learning everything from beat matching to scratch techniques. In less than a month after purchasing his digital DJ rig, he had already DJ'ed two official gigs including an event of 200 attendees. It is easy to see that his skill set is truly advanced for his level of experience on the decks.
Adam's DJ setup includes a direct connection to the Spotify music catalog, so he is able to play many favorite song requests in addition to his own preset playlists, ensuring guests will have a very memorable experience.
His natural ability to MC a crowd also sets him apart from the average DJ. He can engage your crowd with ease while priming them to dance and have fun!

Adam has been professionally engineering and mixing live sound since 2011. He is on call as a freelance sound technician at several churches in Charlotte and also was a member of Tremont Music Hall's sound team in 2015 shortly before the reputable club shut down.
He has experience on analog and digital sound boards and is experienced at both FOH and monitor mixer positions.
Whereas many sound technicians take pride in controlling the band, Adam takes a more relational approach and considers himself a member of the band. He focuses on making sure each performer is comfortable so they can invoke their most natural and inspired performance.

Adam started professionally engineering and mixing studio tracks in 2011. Over the years, he has been fortunate enough to work with artists like Jocelyn Ellis, Benie Beatz, Nostradamus V, Crump Casso, J. Amour, El Bowen, Ryan Rice, and many others, making sure their projects have stood out sonically against the pack.
Adam has expert experience using DAWs like Pro Tools, Logic, Adobe Audition, FL Studio, and more. He has a range of third party effects processors which allow him to sculpt the sound he and the artist envision for the project.
His Charlotte-based project studio is well tuned giving his first mix drafts great translation across systems and minimal revisions.
